Creatine helps increase your endurance, strength, and muscle mass.

How much creatine should you take? Read any container of creatine and it will tell you. Start with 5 grams a day for the first 5 days and continue with 2 grams a day as long as you continue to us creatine.

Are you worried that taking creatine will make you look more like a man then a woman? You are a woman through and through. Creatine just helps you compete like a man. Why still being the most important person. A WOMAN!
